Juanita Sprenkle Jones, principal and founder of Relationship Risk Solutions, is a recognized expert in domestic violence, anger management, crisis assessment and counseling, adoption, family reunification, human sexuality, and other issues affecting couples, parents, and families.  She has been a pioneer in the advancement of women's rights and safety.  Her work as one of the founders of both Victim Assistance and ACCESS-York shelter and services earned her recognition as a member of the inaugural class of 25 Extraordinary Women in York County in 2014.

In addition to counseling, teaching, and curriculum development, Juanita has a long record of providing consultation to local and state agencies and expert testimony in a variety of legal settings.  

A native of York County, PA, Juanita has deep roots in the region and cares about its people.  She is the mother of four strong, independent children and grandmother to six.
